At True North I teach people how to use eco-psychology to change their lives and the world around them. When we apply natural principles to our everyday life, we become adaptable, responsive, innovative and creative; acting flexibly and developing resilience empowers us to meet whatever challenges are thrown our way and to create positive change in ourselves and around us.
We can all learn how to use the lens of the natural world to help us see ourselves and our situation from a new perspective, often when working in relationship with nature people experience breakthrough moments which bring clarity of mind to a personal or professional dilemma which may have previously felt intractable.
Being outdoors and in the elements is key to creating a feeling of well-being; a grounded and energised place from which one can reflect on a tricky situation, apply the principles of eco-psychology to it and discover how to move forward with a renewed focus and sense of purpose.
At True North I show people how to re-connect deeply to the natural world and learn how to integrate natural wisdom back in to their everyday lives so they can find the guidance, nourishment and support they need to live well.
